One of the largest sauna recalls on record

On September 17, 2026, Sauna360 announced a recall of about 41,580 infrared saunas, hybrid infrared saunas and infrared kits because of fire and burn hazards. The units were sold from 2013 into 2026 through Costco and specialty dealers under several brands Sauna360 owns or supplies, including Finnleo, Tylö, Helo, Amerec and Radiant Health.

The same day, Sauna360 expanded a separate recall of Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna hybrid saunas over a bench that can fail, a fall hazard.

02 · If you own one

Three steps

  • Find the model and serial number on your sauna's label or in the manual.
  • Check it against the models listed in the CPSC notice.
  • If it's listed, stop using it, unplug it, and contact Sauna360 for the free remedy described in the notice.

If you're shopping secondhand, ask for the model and serial before you pay, and check the notice.
